BOOKING APPLICATION:
Only upon confirmation and completion of the registration form, this agreement represents a confirmed booking to The HR Roundtable Meeting 2022, taking place online.
This booking includes your participation at Meeting Presentations, Interest Groups and Pre-Scheduled One-to-One meetings. Items not covered by this agreement include travel, accommodation and out of pocket expenses.
The Delegate’s attendance at the Event is critical to our and our clients’ success: we won’t charge you for attending our highly selective events, however a Delegate’s Cancellation or failure to attend the agreed part(s) of the Event has a significant and detrimental effect on the meeting scheduling programme and the organisational arrangement of the Event and therefore any requested cancellation must be in writing and, if such cancellation is received a Cancellation/Administration Fee of $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) plus VAT will be charged.
PERSONAL AGENDA:
You will be requested to complete a preference form to allow us to make sure you have your chosen sessions as part of your agenda. Personal agenda development will commence 6 weeks or less from the event, based on Delegates Preferences of presentations, Interest Groups and One-to-One meetings.
There are no minimums for prescribed numbers of One-to-One meetings delegates must agree to qualify to attend the Strategy Meeting. However, this agreement does require the Delegate to adhere to their specific itinerary on the day once these have been agreed to.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT OF THE EVENT:
Strategy Insights reserves the right to change the date, time and/or venue of the Strategy Meeting. Should the event be cancelled or postponed for any reason outside the control of Strategy Insights, Strategy Insights cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage consequent upon the cancellation or postponement of the event.
